About the Role
As a Move Coordinator at HaulCo, you'll be the single point of contact for customers throughout their entire move. You'll coordinate schedules, manage logistics end-to-end, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customers from booking through delivery.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with drivers, crews, and warehouse teams.
- Proactively communicate status updates and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Track inventory, documentation, and move details with precision.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service to continuously improve the move experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, moving, freight, or customer-facing coordination roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills — you manage multiple moves simultaneously without dropping details.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new tools quickly.
- Experience in the household goods or moving industry is a strong plus.
